Can anyone tell me how I can adjust my profile to get my picture to appear under my name in the left margin of my messages - for when I launch my next grumpy missive?

Go on your profile page - (click on your name)
There is a blue banner across the page which says 'Profile for John' or similar.
On the right end of this banner is an 'Edit' tab. Click on this.
Then you are on a page with option tabs. Click on 'Avatar' tab and then use one of the pre-ploaded pictures or browse to upload your own.

Strange things are happening or Im going mad.
I think I stopped getting emails to tell me there has been a new posting. That seems to have fixed itself now. However a recent email I had with the details of a posting from wackie in the "Bells list of works to do" discussion (members forum) is not there when I look, but a much shorter posting is???
Curious. I had hoped to comment on his long posting but it was not there?

It's possible that the original posting was edited after the email was sent out to you. Cheers.
