The real estate and the business need to be properly valued. How much of the 925k is the building and how much the business? What works need doing on the building ? All of this needs to be bought into the equation. Its obviously important not to be bounced into a figure by the owner saying he wants the offer on the table by april. The community now has the funds but needs to buy at the right price.

Of course there will be a valuation. There is no 'bouncing' involved in the business, as you will find out in good time, I am sure, bohilton. I will shut up now and let the Board respond with authority on this series of posts, but I think that everyone will understand the nature of the seller's commitment when the chips are down. All this has much more than money involved in it, on one level.
