We have just been announced as one of the finalists in the Bath Life Awards 2014.
The Bath Life Awards is an unmissable event, celebrating the best businesses in Bath. The aim is to support and recognise the achievements of independent businesses and reward them on their success with a prestigious award. Winners and all will be revealed on February 27th.

The others are Hall & Woodhouse & The Bath Brew House, both of which are distinctly different from us (and given as they've both got a big food angle, quite similar to each other), not to mention bigger. Of the judges, one is a Walcot Trader and I have seen another one of them in the Bell once, but most of 'em aren't what I'd call Pub People...
So don't be too surprised if they select one of the others!
I'm a member of the Board and a Founder Member of the CoOp. I'm also an admin of this site!
I have worked for the pub in a freelance capacity, and at the Hat & Feather too, since the early 1990s.
I also work freelance for Bath Fringe and for some other festivals. I'm a musician and a writer.
