What Do You Think Of The Bell?
Tell us on Sunday 12th May in the Back Bar

This pub is owned by a co-operative with 497 shareholding members. Those members elect nine people from amongst themselves to serve as a Board of Directors. That Board does the stuff that needs doing to keep The Bell The Bell. A few times each year we meet up (as many of us as can make it) face-to-face so that members can quiz the Board, hear about ongoing projects and ideas and generally exchange views about how we're doing and where we're going. As a way of keeping the Board in touch with the views of The Bell’s members it has worked pretty well since we bought the pub in 2013.

However, the community served by The Bell isn’t just the members of the co-op. We think that from time-to-time some of our other customers might also welcome a chance to put their views to the Board. Here’s that chance! We’re holding an Open Meeting on Sunday 12th May, in The Bell Back Bar, at 3.30pm. There is no specific agenda for this meeting and it’s open to everyone. If you have questions, comments or suggestions that the Board needs to hear then join us in the Back Bar on Sunday 12th, after the band has finished. Spread the word!
