Hello
Firstly I'm a long time patriot with a vested interest in the bell and will continue to be

I enjoy the live music particularly on Sundays, as we all know this is the best day of the week.

However I always feel rushed to get bits done in the morning, grab food etc.. and get down to watch the band by 1, I recently saw James Morton at a gig in Bristol on a Sunday, timing of the bands was to start from 4 and on until the improvisation stopped, this was a much more convenient time to commence the frivolities, we ate prior and enjoyed the music, back home by 8, I’m not suggesting as late a start as 4 but just that 1 is a bit early.

On the converse the school night bands seem a bit late, no encores due to the 11pm curfew and always tired in the morning whilst completing the commute, I believe 8-8:30 would be ideal, not sure if that would effect the
arrival of the bands on time, I doubt it would effect the arrival of the punters.

Thank you for your time

Hi Nick
questions ike this are always worth asking!
I'm a nightbird so it doesn't bother me, but conversely we have always been conscious that a lot // most of our audience aren't!
Happy to talk about it in a Board meeting sometime, but kinda interested in what anyone else has to say
Let's hang it on here and see if anyone else joins in?
One of these days [soon] i'll put something on a mailout to encourage some more people to come to the forum and talk about things [tell people there are things to talk about, no point coming here if not...]
